Rustcridge is a declining township in DouBvile, where economic hardship and political corruption have become part of everyday life. Once a prosperous industrial community, years of mismanagement, disappearing jobs, and corrupt leadership have left much of the population struggling to survive. While those in power continue to profit from the town's decline, ordinary people are left to find their own ways to get ahead.

For some, that means dreaming of escaping to somewhere better. For others, it means turning to crime, violence, or whatever power they can find. In Rustcridge, desperation has a way of changing people and sometimes, all it takes is one bad decision to set a life on an entirely different path.
